Generally this will mean that every click they make will be credited not only them, but to you as well. Now there are two points I should make as this article is for your benefit and not to promote PTC. Firstly getting 4000 referrals is as easy or as hard as you make it. In other words it's not a walk in the park to generate that many referrals, but certainly achievable. Secondly, my calculation assumes that each of the 4000 referrals will click 4 ads a day, which in most certainly not true. The average is actually closer to around 2 clicks per day. Don't be put off by that though, because once you have got 4000 direct referrals clicking the average 2 times a day, that's still $80 a day for viewing 4 30-second ads, not bad right? That and one other point, you can simply recruit more referrals.
